This drill is done in groups of 5 or more and each group needs to be at their own basket. One player begins under the basket, another is at each elbow and another player needs to be in each short corner. The person under the basket passes the ball to the player at the elbow and to the right side of the passer. After passing the ball they need to go run to the elbow staying to the right as they run to the elbow. After catching the ball, the player on the elbow passes across the lane to the player in the short corner which is on the right side of the player passing from the elbow.  After passing, the elbow player runs to the short corner spot he just passed to staying to the right while they run there. The short corner player then passes the ball across the lane to the other short corner player and runs to take his spot, again staying to the right while they run there. The final pass is made by the short corner to the remaining player who is at the left elbow. After passing the ball the short corner player runs to the elbow spot, staying to the right of the elbow player. The left elbow player should be moving slightly forward to catch the pass and once they do they shoot a right hand lay-up. After shooting the lay-up the elbow player goes behind the line under the basket. After the lay up is shot the next person in line grabs the rebound and the process begins all over again. If you only have five players the shooter would get his rebound and begin the drill. You can switch the drill up by passing to the left elbow first, thus reversing the drill and ending with a left hand lay-up.

Helpful Hints: You can use either chest passes or bounce passes but it is recommended that you do only one kind of pass for each round.

If there are 2 or more even groups, create a race to see who can go all the way through the drill first. Competition is always a great motivating tool!
